Necessary Words

It all started when…

Return Policy

At The Vintage, we are passionate about providing you with the freshest and highest quality coffee (and yes, other great swag). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the perishable nature of coffee and our commitment to quality, our return policy is as follows:

1. Freshly Roasted Coffee Beans:

  • No Returns or Exchanges: We roast our beans to order to ensure maximum freshness. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on whole bean or ground coffee once it has been shipped.

  • Issues with Your Order: If you receive the wrong coffee, if there is a significant issue with the quality (e.g., damaged packaging during transit leading to spoilage), or if there is a mistake in your order, please contact us within three days of receiving your shipment. Please provide your order number and details of the issue, including photos if applicable. We will review your case and, if the error is on our part, we will gladly offer a replacement of the incorrect or damaged item or a refund for that portion of your order.

2. Merchandise (e.g., Mugs, Apparel, Swag):

  • Unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached may be returned or exchanged within [Number, e.g., 30] days of the original purchase date.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return or Report an Issue:

  1. Please contact our customer support team via email at magazine@thevintagenola.com to alert us of an issue.

  2. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return or the issue you are experiencing, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos).

  3. Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return or resolution.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within seven business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Important Notes:

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

  • This return policy applies only to purchases made directly from our website or physical store (if applicable). For purchases made through third-party retailers, please refer to their respective return policies.

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for considering The Vintage. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our return policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
